HOW DO I RETURN INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCTS?
If you checked out as a “guest”, to return an item, you simply need to fill out a Warranty Request above with the reason for your return and we’ll organize to get it back to our warehouse. The products need to be in, as-new and resellable condition (all tags/packaging intact) within 30-Days. No refunds or exchanges will be given if you have simply changed your mind. Exchanges will only take place for incorrectly ordered sizes of products i.e incorrect size ordered or faulty goods.
If you have received a faulty product or you believe you are entitled to a warranty repair/replacement for an item that is not working correctly, please contact us at via the warranty request form above with a description of the fault/defect. Our Customer Support staff will be in touch with instructions for your return.
All orders are shipped via a tracked UPS service. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of being received (often sooner). Delivery time averages are 5-7 business days across North America (Canada / USA).
Shipping is $4.95 flat fee no matter where we ship to.

Purchased item(s) can be returned to Tactical Gear Experts warehouse or store for a refund within 90 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition and packaging and returned with your receipt.
